Greetings,
I hope you have enjoyed the summer!  

The summer for us has been very full with the launching of the new studio and wellness center and all of the various activities accompanying that. However, we are thoroughly enjoying the growing yoga classes as we support individuals and share a path that benefits us and so many others.

As the season begins to shift I am taking delight in the softness of the colors, warm breeze with slightly cooler nights, and a pace of life that allows some relaxation and reflection.
